SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIME
The shipping costs include VAT.
SHIPPING WITHIN GERMANY
We charge one for deliveries within Germany Shipping fee of € 4,90 per order. Please keep in mind that the costs for portage / freight and packaging are only partially covered, the rest is handled by Professional Clean.
From an order value of 100.00 € we deliver free shipping (only within Germany). If, for technical or logistical reasons, a shipment takes place in several stages, we will, of course, charge the shipping fee only once.
DELIVERIES TO EUROPEAN ABROAD
Regardless of the order value, we initially charge a shipping and handling fee of € 12.00 for deliveries abroad. After checking the order, we will calculate the actual shipping costs and if necessary correct the invoice downwards or upwards and once again send a corrected order confirmation by email. Should be already paid with Paypal , we will refund the difference or ask for additional payment.
We deliver with Deutsche Post and DHL or Hermes with tracking (parcels and parcels).
WE DO NOT DELIVER TO SWITZERLAND - But you are welcome to mediate our partners.

Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the delivery of the goods takes place in
Germany within 1-3 business days. Foreign deliveries will be within 1-7 Delivered business days after order confirmation, as far as in the item description of any other period specified.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a common shipment, unless we have made any deviating agreements with you. The delivery time is determined in this case after the article with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
Please note that on Sundays and public holidays delivery is not possible.
There is no minimum order value (except for offers).

If for any reason you are ever completely dissatisfied with your purchases, please contact us first via e-mail at email@example.com before you authorize the return shipment on your own initiative. We will first clarify the return with you. Do not ship your return as "Not Free ". In the case we refuse the acceptance and take no return costs.
